Sam is a male Shiba Inu who is very independent. He is friendly to all humans. At home, he likes to patrol against backyard creatures that dare to come to his territory. When a human says “squirrel” or “ardilla” (squirrel in Spanish), he will quickly stands his guard and keep a watchful eye for intruders. He has a high prey drive. Once after visiting a friend’s who owns a pet rabbit, Sam always remembers that there is a prey inside his house. Smarty Sam can also do tricks when instructed in English or Spanish as long there is a steady supply of treats.
Saki is a female Shiba Inu who is very sweet. If humanity ever creates a new, unifying world language, then we propose the word “Saki” as the word for “sweet.” She is five years younger than Sam, and she is Sam’s half-sister as they have the same mother. Sweet Saki is friendly to all humans and all dogs. Once a human rubs her back or her belly, she will put a spell on them with her sweet face so that they cannot stop petting her. If Sam is Yang, then Saki is Yin.
